ABOUT THE ROLE

Moreland City Council is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Community Venues Administration and Bookings who enjoys contact with the community and working with a dynamic team to assists in helping to ensure expected levels of service and presentation of the Council Owned Community Venues for hire within Moreland.

 SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS ROLE  

• Understanding and experience working with facilities
• High level of customer service
• The ability to administer Council’s booking service for Council owned Community venues for hire
• Experience in raising purchase orders, receipting and invoicing
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and build relationships with community groups
• Developed computer skills
• Ability to plan and prioritise work
