ABOUT THE ROLE

A great opportunity has arisen for a building surveying professional to join the Building Services Team and gain great exposure in the delivery of service in three disciplines, being Building Inspections, Building Permits and Council Report & Consent areas.

As a member of this professional team, you are expected to be committed to providing a high level of customer service to our customers and citizens who live or work in Moreland.

You will be reporting to the Team Leader and Unit Manager in the delivery of a safe and compliant-built environment in Moreland.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS ROLE

  • Demonstrated experience in investigation, inspection, reporting,
  • Skilled in carrying out building inspections
  • A sound understanding of relevant acts, regulations and standards
  • Tertiary qualification or the equivalent to Building Surveying
