ABOUT MORELAND

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be a key player in leading, developing and delivering Council’s parking enforcement services by overseeing the day to day operation of the parking enforcement team. To be successful in this role you will be a proactive leader with a collaborative approach, you will have substantial experience managing teams in complex organisations and a strong background in enforcement and/or related fields.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS ROLE

Degree or diploma qualification in a relevant management and/or compliance related discipline with several years of subsequent relevant experience in a similar position. Demonstrated experience in providing customer service to the community.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop work teams.
Background in continuous improvement and best practices principles.
Current Driver’s Licence valid in Victoria.
