ABOUT THE ROLE 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer service focused professional with previous administrative experience to join the Amenity and Compliance Unit. The objective of this role is to provide administrative support, process advice and update systems within the Amenity & Compliance branch to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day Business Support operations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS ROLE 

  • Significant experience working at a senior level within an administrative team environment to manage a demanding workload, undertake a variety of tasks and achieve common group as well as individual goals.
  • Experience in the reviewing and documenting of processes and updating systems to ensure process optimisation.
  • Proficiency in the generation of reports in Pathway and PowerBI desirable.
  • Proficiency in the application of purchasing and administrative procedures.
  • Significant experience in the administration of law enforcement and/or customer service fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Infringements Act, Road Rule and the Local Laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
