ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to help establish and implement Moreland’s Community Engagement Policy, Framework and Digital Engagement Strategy in partnership with the Moreland community.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high profile Council projects, to enhance the way Council engages with Moreland’s diverse community for shared outcomes. 

This role will require qualifications and/or contemporary knowledge in community consultation and public participation, social planning, communications and/or related fields, as well as experience in coordinating digital consultation platforms.  Candidates will demonstrate skills and experience in planning and delivering complex and multifaceted community consultation projects in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS ROLE

  • Demonstrated work experience in planning and delivering complex community engagement projects.
  • Qualifications in community consultation, social planning, digital marketing, communications or related fields.
