ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting leadership opportunity has become available in Moreland’s Aged and Community Services branch. The position involves the coordination and leadership of a dedicated team in the provision of meals services into client’s homes and the development and implementation of flexible meals services that meet our Community’s needs. Regular liaison with our partners and stakeholders, this position oversees a team working across the Moreland and Darebin Council areas and to a distribution centre in Whittlesea.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS ROLE 

A Tertiary qualification in the Human Services (or related discipline) and/or substantial experience in a similar position. You must have highly developed communication skills and experience working with a range of people and stakeholders. Experience in working with clients in a health or community service, including assessing needs. Experience in staff recruitment, training and supervision. Experience in program development, design, implementation and evaluation.
