Building Surveyor

Full time Band 7 $85300 - $95200 + RDO

An exciting opportunity exists for a customer focused and dedicated Building Surveyor to join our building team. This role works as part of a small dedicated team to facilitate sustainable development in our shire balanced with enforcement of statutory requirements in the public interest. You will undertake inspections and provide specialised technical and regulatory advice to ratepayers, management staff, including the development of innovative processes and procedures.

We are looking for an experienced and registered Building Surveyor with a commitment to excellent customer service, an ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, an influential leader who is able to negotiate solutions to complex issues and capacity to manage multiple tasks within timeframes.
