The Position  
Provide a high level of administrative support to the Director Infrastructure and Environment and provide efficient administrative and customer support to the Infrastructure and Environment Division.  
 
Key areas of accountability for this position will include;
  • Provide a high level of customer service presenting a professional first point of contact for both internal and external customers (via telephone and email etc.);
  • Assist Infrastructure and Environment Division with formatting, editing and preparation of Council Agenda, Reports and attachments in compliance with Records Management procedures; and 
  • Comply with all the City’s records management requirements, use and provide support for other users of corporate systems such as TRIM records management and LAGAN customer requests management. 

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate how you meet the essential criteria;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative role; 
  • High level of customer service including professional telephone manner with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills; and 
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, set priorities and meet deadlines, accompanied by an ability to handle a number of tasks with minimum supervision. 
 
Salary: $69,048 - $75,633 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications) plus superannuation.
