As our Parks Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the gardeners, apprentices and contractors carrying out maintenance in our parks and open spaces throughout the municipality and ensure we maintain high quality standards and enjoyable spaces for our community. Additionally, you will promote and conduct excellent customer service and work in conjunction with the Parks Coordinator to prepare and deliver horticultural maintenance programs and staff rosters.
As the successful applicant, you will have experience in supervising and gaining the confidence of staff members, the ability to manage time, set priorities, plan and deliver outcomes and advanced skills and knowledge in maintaining and developing horticultural and associated assets in open space settings.
