The City of Stonnington has a newly created unit for Corporate Information Management to provide our workforce with on-going digitisation of current and archived documents, effective service delivery and responsive high level customer service.
We have multiple Corporate Information Officer positions available who will be responsible for providing record and information management services to all of Council including opening, processing, classifying and registering incoming correspondence, conducting archiving in accordance with procedures and preparing outgoing mail. The Corporate Information Officer positions are also expected to perform the tasks of the Courier as required.
The successful applicants for these positions will have the ability to create and manage physical and electronic files, have a keen interest and experience in records and information management and provide excellent customer service.
