The City of Stonnington is searching for a Learning & Development Officer to join our People & Culture Department, where you will be supported to achieve your best and thrive in a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Our Learning & Development Officer is responsible for working closely with the Coordinator to deliver an annual Corporate Training Program that achieves high quality, targeted learning and development outcomes. You will also be responsible for providing accurate and timely HR advice, Award condition interpretation and managing the online and face to face training including the Corporate Induction Program and the Learning & Development intranet page and calendar.
The successful applicant will have skills in scoping training and development needs and working with external providers to deliver training programs, the capacity to undertake project related tasks and the ability to work constructively with senior management.
