An exciting permanent full-time opportunity has become available at the City of Stonnington within Office of The Customer and Organisational Performance Department. As part of our new Engagement and Innovation Directorate, your experience in strategic policy and process development, service reviews, council planning and stakeholder engagement will be both nurtured and supported with endless potential.

Your expertise in driving efficiencies and corporate planning to frame the future of an organisation and your love of collaboration as part of a proactive organisation will be well received in this role.
The critical deliverables of this role will be:
- Managing Council Plan reporting that meets both the needs of the Executive Team and the requirements under the Local Government Act 1989 and Local Government (Planning and Reporting) Regulations 2014.
- Effectively leading and managing end to end service reviews, including project stages, project schedules, scoping, research, report writing and stakeholder engagement.
- Identifying opportunities for business transformation that improve the Council's operations and service delivery capability.
- Providing advice and recommendations to support team projects and capacity to respond to emerging issues.
