As a Planning Support Officer, you’ll provide administrative and database support, planning advice, technical advice and telephone services to operational areas of the Statutory Planning Department, external and internal planning users and other customers.
We're looking for a motivated and diligent professional who values and embeds customer service practices in their everyday work, with strong time management and administration skills. Experience in using Technology One and TRIM is highly desirable. Additionally, we're looking for an innovator that can assist with improvements in processes and increasing the efficiency of the Department.
