Business Support Officer
- Salary: $67k to $71k per annum + monthly ADO + Super

As a Business Support Officer for the Care Services Unit some of your duties will include:
• Daily financial administration and management (eg purchase orders, invoicing, following up debtors)
• Ensuring an accurate and timely transfer of data from Carelink+ client database
• Monitoring and reporting on Client review lists
• Maintaining administrative systems, accurate client records and service delivery details which support and inform the In Home Support Service, Delivered Meals Service and Client Support Service
• Administrative support to the Care Services Coordinator, Team Leaders and other staff of the unit as required
To succeed in this position you will need:
• Sound IT and computer skills. Experience of Carelink+ (client and data management system), My Aged Care, the Commonwealth Data Exchange Program is highly desirable
• Knowledge of issues related to older people and people with disabilities, and a general understanding of the community support needs of these people and those from culturally diverse backgrounds, mental health backgrounds and LGBTQI communities
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Understanding of debt management and finical management administrative procedures
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the principles of delivering and reviewing client based services within a community wellness setting
