Role Overview
The Team Leader - Customer Contact position is responsible for managing the daily operation of the Gympie Regional Council Customer Contact Centre by providing strong leadership, supervision and development of the team.
The position is responsible for enabling and encouraging all members of the Customer Contact team to exceed customer expectations and to achieve organisational goals whilst assisting in the building of an outstanding organisation.
