We are seeking a Learning and Development Advisor to join the People and Development team to assist with coordinating and administering the annual training calendar, developing procurement documentation for training programs and sourcing potential providers, liaising with training providers to design and evaluate customised programs, administering Council’s on-line training portal, and exploring opportunities for training to be delivered by internal Council departments.

With a tertiary qualification in human resource management and/or relevant experience, you will also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work constructively with employees across all levels of Council, and a highly organised and systematic approach to your work.
