We are looking for an energetic and experienced Maternal and Child Health Nurse who is seeking an opportunity to contribute to the work of our committed Family, Diversity and Community Wellbeing team.

As the Enhanced Maternal Child Health nurse, you will be responsible for the provision of intensive Maternal & Child Health services (MCH Service Guidelines 2011) to diverse and complex families in collaboration with other health professionals and child support and protection agencies.

The successful applicant will possess:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Division 1 General Nurse and Midwife and have postgraduate qualifications (or equivalent) in Maternal and Child Health.
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility, innovation and initiative
• Commitment to deliver an excellent standard of client service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to positively contribute to MCH team development and outcomes
