Darebin City Council’s EPMO was established to create, embed and maintain best portfolio, program and project management practice, focusing on building the long term EPMO capabilities. The EPMO has recently deployed Project Online as its enterprise portfolio management system and is now seeking a Portfolio Analyst to embed and maintain excellent portfolio management, analysis and reporting practices.

This position will be responsible for ensuring that the status of Council’s project portfolio is understood and analysed, with recommendations communicated to a diverse group of stakeholders across Council in an accessible manner, to facilitate decision-making at the appropriate level.

With a business degree, or postgraduate qualifications and relevant work experience, you will have; high level of proficiency in portfolio analysis, working knowledge and understanding of the Enterprise approach to project, program and portfolio management, and experience in developing and maintaining a reporting and benefits management framework.

You will have demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders to assist with supporting and coaching others to understand how to use the corporate enterprise portfolio management system.
