We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join the newly formed leadership team at Reservoir Leisure Centre.

The Reservoir Leisure Centre has over 2,000 members, 1,400 swim school students and attracts approximately 400,000 visitations per year.

The successful applicant will have significant experience in managing teams in a dynamic and fast paced environment while demonstrating strong skills in prioritising and attention to detail.

The position will be responsible for managing both the Aquatic programs and Operations teams.

The Aquatic programs include the swim school, facility hire and general aquatic income. The Operations include day to day operation of the Aquatic facilities and plant rooms and is responsible for service contracts, maintenance and overall center presentation. The position must ensure that facilities and services conform to the Guidelines to Safe Pool Operation (GSPO), Health Regulations and Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.

The successful applicant will possess:
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the leisure and aquatic industry.
• Relevant experience in managing and driving aquatic programs, including swim schools.
• Knowledge of the relevant aquatic industry codes and regulation including Guidelines to Safe Pool Operations.
