The Development and Marketing Team Leader is a new role at Bundoora Homestead Art Centre. The successful candidate will have exceptional writing and digital skills to lead social media campaigns, content planning, email marketing and web management. You will oversee marketing, income generation and café activities and have excellent attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Marketing Plan and developing marketing initiatives to support exhibitions, projects and the facility more broadly, this includes copy writing, advertising, social media, functions, media, engagement, and working with publicists and designers.

The role also manages income generation activities including grants and trusts, retail, café strategy, functions and hires. Working collaboratively, you will contribute to planning events and public programs and co-ordinate the marketing and event management of these programs. You will also support Front of House duties including customer service, administration, cash handling, supervision of volunteers, and support to the café.

It is a requirement of this position to be able to work a flexible roster which includes weekend, weeknight and school holiday hours.
