We are inviting applications from MCH nurses seeking an opportunity to expand their professional role as part of our Enhanced Maternal Child Health Program.

In this position you will be supported by a comprehensive orientation, supervision, collegial networks and professional development opportunities, along with the incumbent family worker.

The incumbent will have the capacity to work independently within a wider team structure, a capacity to engage easily with families and knowledge and interest in current practice frameworks for supporting families with additional needs.

The successful applicant will possess:
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Division 1 General Nurse and Midwife and have postgraduate qualifications (or equivalent) in Maternal and Child Health.

• Commitment to deliver an excellent standard of client service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to positively contribute to MCH team development and outcomes
