The Arts Precincts unit is seeking an experienced arts leader to join the team. The successful incumbent will be required to provide clear and inspiring leadership and coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of Council’s distinct and iconic arts venues, Northcote Town Hall Arts Centre and Darebin Arts Centre.

This is a key time for the arts precincts team and the successful incumbent will be required to lead and manage a dynamic environment where creativity can thrive in our City.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

• Team leadership and staff management
• Arts Infrastructure policy, planning and management
• Arts programming, development and marketing
• Budget management
• Community engagement and stakeholder management
