About the Role
We are looking for a passionate property professional to join our team for a three month period to assist with the management of Council’s owned and/or managed properties by undertaking a range of operational and statutory tasks.

  • Lease and license administration
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and policy work to support the team
  • Sale and acquisitions and general property-related enquiries

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Local Government or property management area
  • Experience in administering property related transactions including leases, licenses, agreements, transfer of land and contracts of sale, and other relevant property related documents
  • Experience in negotiating or assisting with negotiations of property-related agreements
