About the Role
We are looking for a passionate property professional to join our team and deliver strategic property projects that align to the Community Vision, Council Plan, our Property Strategy, Structure Plans and Breathing Space Strategy.

The role will require a significant understanding of property development, asset management, and project management principles and how they apply to maximise the strategic opportunities that Council are to pursue.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Urban Planning, Project Management, Property or related discipline
  • Experience in managing complex property projects, strategic planning and property related transactions to achieve strategic outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate strategic projects which require input from the community, Council, staff, consultants and other organisations
  • Substantial experience in managing complex property related matters, including for larger, multi-use development projects
  • Project management experience including managing multi-disciplinary teams
