The City of Kalgoorlie Boulder are searching for a new Youth Development Officer! This role requires a highly motivated, innovative problem solver, with a passion for youth work and young people. To be successful in this role, you will be experienced in the delivery of effective programs for young people, be proactive and be a positive role-model within the City of Kalgoorlie Boulder.

Working closely to support the City’s youth council and activating key youth areas, this role is responsible for driving inclusive and accessible projects aimed at the development of young people in the community, building their capacity and connecting them to local opportunities and support networks.
As part of the City Living’s Place and Activation team, this role will work alongside other key areas such as recreation and wellbeing, events and culture, tourism and attractions and the City’s Safer Street Patrol.
