An exciting opportunity has become available in the department of the Office of the Chief Executive until April 2016 for the Manager Strategy and Outcomes.

In this position you will be responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of Council's Planning Framework incorporating Council's Strategy Plan, Municipal Plans, Business Plans and Annual Reports.

Other responsibilities for this position include timely review of Council policies, to actively identify and seek funding opportunities for Council projects and develop applications for awards which recognise Council's achievements.

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications and substantial experience in a similar position and demonstrated experience in the development of strategic, corporate and business plans including an understanding of budget development and processes.
