An exciting opportunity has become available for a Service Desk Officer to join the IT Team.

In this position you will provide support and administration to Council systems and applications, ensure that daily processing requirements and office administration tasks are completed in a timely manner and effectively manage a wide range of IT helpdesk requests.

The successful candidate will possess Cert IV in Information Technology or related qualification and a minimum of one (1) years experience in a similar role and the ability to provide a high level of customer service to all clients.
