Council is seeking a savvy Organisational Development Business Partner with a passion for managing organisational development solutions. This is exciting opportunity includes the opportunity to join a progressive and talented team responsible for facilitating Organisational Development initiatives to a medium and diverse service organisation.

Reporting to the Manager People and Culture, you will partner with key stakeholders and business leaders to manage our Graduate and Trainee Programs, provide organisational development guidance to the business focusing on employee engagement, capability development and change management and act as a strategic advisor to integrate business planning with cost effective organisational development planning and regular performance planning and review.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. They will also be an experienced organisational development professional with the magic required to juggle many projects at once while meeting competing deadlines.
