About the role

Based in Engineering Services, you will provide exceptional operational leadership to the teams that conceptualise and design high quality and cost effect transport network and civil projects.

You have an extensive knowledge of technical standards and specifications relating to road and drainage designs such as MRWA, Austroads and Australian Rainfall and Runoff.  Coupled with extensive experience in the design and construction of roads, LATM's and municipal works, you have advanced control and project management skills.  Underpinning this is your extensive knowledge of road and traffic management principles and application.  You are able to mentor and coach individuals to perform to higher standards, and actively encourage 'thinking outside the square'.  With strong experience in all four of the core requirements of leadership, technical expertise, financial acumen and HR management, you are committed to maintaining the currency of your knowledge of new technology, products and services. 

What we offer

This position offers a base annual cash salary of $93,715 plus a cash performance allowance of $13,199 and superannuation up to 14.5%.
