We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced leader to join our Engineering and Development Services Division in this key leadership role. You will join one of WA’s fastest growing coastal regions in this highly influential role, being responsible for managing and performing statutory and strategic planning processes.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated leadership and managerial skills, tertiary qualifications in Urban & Regional Planning or equivalent, extensive experience with statutory and strategic planning functions and multidisciplinary regulatory environments. You will have strong report writing skills, C class drivers licence and sound working knowledge of applicable legislation, including WA planning legislation.

Your passion for planning services, customer service and teamwork will be rewarded with a negotiated salary circa $100K per annum, up to 14% superannuation, restricted private use of a vehicle and free parking. This position provides a fantastic work life balance being full time with a rostered day off per month.
