We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated professional to manage the delivery of quality customer service, information systems and records management across our organisation. This position will ensure a high level of customer service delivery, both externally and internally, work with stakeholders to drive strategic improvements in Information Technology and oversee accurate data management of all Shire records.

To be successful in this position you will possess excellent problem solving, collaborative and interpersonal skills, a strong customer focus, experience with Electronic Data Management Systems and hold a tertiary qualification in Business Services, Information Systems or other related field. Experience in project management and/or business improvement methodology, strategic planning, and previous supervisory experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.

Your consultative approach and commitment to innovation and improvement will be rewarded with a salary circa $90,000 per annum, plus up to 14% superannuation. A vehicle allowance is also provided for this role.
