Position: ICT Support Engineer
Status: 12 Month Contract - Part-time (0.60 FTE)
Salary: Base salary of $60,000 (pro-rata). Plus, up to 16% superannuation.

Opportunity:     

We are seeking a suitably experienced person to fill the position of ICT Support Engineer. 

The ideal candidate will;

  • Embrace change, innovation and new technology.
  • Coordinate information systems, applications and technical support functions.
  • Possess industry qualification in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Have experience in server maintenance.
  • Be proficient in M365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online).
  • Demonstrate network support skills (DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, VPNs).
  • Excel in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Provide responsive and customer orientated IT support.
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads and exhibit strong time management.
  • Approach challenges with a solution focus and positive attitude.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Advocate our Shire’s vision, values and objectives.
