We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilitator of Economic Participation to manage and deliver services across the municipality. Reporting to the Go Goldfields Coordinator you will build collaboration to ensure community driven approaches to improve long term economic and social outcomes for children, youth and families in the Central Goldfields Shire, with a focus on outcomes for young people and those seeking to engage in employment, training and learning.

Able to enthusiastically embrace change, you will help others to do the same by applying skills that motivate, inspire and foster a team environment using an innovative, consultative and flexible approach through highly-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
