Job description

Do you want to play a part in building a better Bunbury? This role will be proactive and positive in mentoring and growth of the building and compliance team to deliver quality outcomes to the community and build Bunbury's reputation as a great city to live, work, invest and visit.

The Team Leader Building and Compliance will be responsible for the provision of expertise and delivery of professional and technical advice and approvals for applications, permits and certificates as a registered building surveyor and permit authority.

The successful applicant will require registration for Western Australia as a Level 2 Building Surveyor Practitioner and a minimum Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying or equivalent qualification as per DMIRS Building Services Board Policy - Equivalent qualification.
