Job description

The City of Bunbury is working hard to constantly evolve - working together to build an even better Bunbury for our community.

As a result, we have an amazing opportunity for you to be part of our change journey. You will be using your skills in planning and working positively with groups of people to make a real impact, by supporting the implementation and monitoring of our business (team and department) plans.

As an Integrated Strategic Planner, you will support leaders and teams across the organisation to consider our existing strategic and action plans, to identify how these translate into services provided by Departments and Teams, and to support the creation, implementation, monitoring and reporting of consistent business plans in line with Integrated Planning and Reporting requirements.

We are seeking a positive and dynamic individual - someone who is excited about the opportunity to learn about the diverse functions of local government and who relishes the chance to work with small groups. Facilitation skills, curiosity and previous experience in developing and monitoring both strategic and operational plans will be an advantage. You will be working collaboratively within a very passionate and driven team who are focused on implementing and maintaining our City's culture, and on ensuring our vision, ‘welcoming, and full of opportunities' is brought to life in everything we do.
