To support the organisation's transformation and goal to work as One Hume we are growing the Organisational Development and Learning and Development team with a number of exciting opportunities to join Council's People and Culture department.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven Coordinator Organisational Development, to develop and implement strategic and high quality organisational development outcomes, to influence the capacity and culture of the organisation.

About You

With an extensive background in organisational development, your passion will be in organisational culture transformation and your expertise will include:

  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering a wide variety of culture transformation and/or organisational development initiatives
  • The ability to diagnose organisational development issues and develop appropriate improvement or change strategies at an individual, team and organisational level
  • Well-developed research, analytical and project management skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence
  • Proven ability to be agile, customer focused and collaborative, with capacity to build rapport quickly and effectively

Essential Requirements

In addition to the abovementioned expertise, we require:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology or relevant discipline, and several years of subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant qualifications, knowledge, training and/or experience
  • Highly developed interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills, including coaching, facilitating and consulting, with the ability to motivate and influence
  • Proven ability to be agile, customer focused and collaborative to establish and maintain positive relationships within a team, and with the organisation's leadership and staff at all levels
