The Corangamite Catchment Management Authority (CMA) is a Victorian Government statutory authority whose role it is to work with and support local communities to improve sustainable land, biodiversity and water resources management, in an area stretching from its head office in Colac to Geelong, Ballarat and Peterborough.

People & Culture Coordinator (Colac/Geelong)

Full Time Permanent Contract – 38 hours per week

Salary range: $102,407 to $116,158 per annum (negotiable based on experience) plus superannuation

A rewarding opportunity for a People & Culture Coordinatoris being offered to develop and implement effective human resource management and organisation development strategies, policies, programs and initiatives across the organisation.

With a focus on efficient management of resources and delivery of outcomes within the People & Culture functions, this role also contributes to the cultural development and overall performance of the organisation through building and maintaining relationships with staff, executive managers, board members and key internal and external stakeholders.

About You

You will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage, motivate and negotiate to gain cooperation and assistance. You will have a flexible, adaptable and resilient approach, will actively contribute to building and supporting a high performing organisational culture, and model the values of the Corangamite CMA and the Victorian Public Service.

This role requires substantial relevant experience in human resource management, as well as a relevant degree or diploma qualification.
