This is a permanent full time position within Council’s Governance and Organisation Performance Unit. The salary range for the position is $60,762 - $72,460, plus superannuation.
The position is located in Grafton.
The position of Property Officer reports to the Property Coordinator, is responsible for Council property management and assists with transactions involving Council property, including purchases, sales, land classification, compulsory acquisitions, easements, road opening, road closures and road transfers in accordance with relevant legislation.
