What you need to know...

  • permanent full time - 70 hours per fortnight
  • salary - $72,194 - $86,093 per annum, plus superannuation
  • a 9 day fortnight
  • location - Grafton
  • the opportunity to accrue time in lieu
  • the opportunity to 'purchase' leave

About the role

You are required to have plenty of team spirit to supervise, mentor and support staff that are reporting to you. In all aspects of this role, you will require the ability to develop, adapt and take responsibility for your work. This role requires an individual who is highly resilient, motivated and organised. Strong attention to detail will be critical to your success, as will your ability to achieve deadlines and problem solve.

This position is located at Council's Grafton office, however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.

A probation period applies to this position.
