What you need to know...
About the role
Reporting direct to the General Manager, we are looking for a Finance & Asset Strategy Planner to oversee financial and asset maintenance and renewal planning for our community assets. With an infrastructure asset base of $2.5 billion spread over 10,400 km² and incorporating parks and reserves and related facilities, water & sewer and road networks, stormwater and floodplain assets, swimming pools, community halls and other buildings, holidays parks, a saleyard and an airport, this role is integral to our strategic priority of sustainable asset management and reliable service provision to the community. Critical to your success in the role will be your ability to think strategically, forward plan and coordinate a team to analyse data and deliver long term financial and assets plans for implementation, within the regulatory framework of local government.
