What you need to know...
About the role
The Community and Industry Engagement team is seeking an innovative, energetic, Communications Officer to assist with external and internal communications, media releases, website and social media content and general administration support.
The role contributes to the development and implementation of strategies to raise Council’s profile, to positively influence our image and implement communication plans in the community.
To be successful in the role you will also have experience using website content management systems and social media at a corporate level, possess great interpersonal skills and the ability adapt messages for different audiences in both offline and online channels.

This position is located at Council's Grafton office, however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.
