What you need to know...
About the role
Clarence Valley Council is committed to making a positive difference to our community by putting customers at the centre of everything we do. We are seeking an energetic, motivated and enthusiastic professional to become part of our Ranger Team. We have 2 full time positions available in our Ranger Team in Grafton.
You will work in a high-volume environment, where our focus is about making a positive difference to our community by providing exceptional customer service. Your day will be varied and challenging and will require you to demonstrate your well-developed communication skills, positive approach to problem solving and ability to thrive in a changing environment.
Your role will be to provide accurate action, information and advice to all external and internal customer inquiries relating to a number of Acts and Regulations. You will need to have the ability to deal effectively and efficiently with people from a varied range of backgrounds on the telephone and face to face.

This position is located at Council's Animal Pound, South Grafton, however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.

A probation period applies to this position.
