$84,234 (pro rata) pa plus superannuation

Wyndham City, one of the fastest growing municipalities seeks an experienced Disability and Positive Ageing Planner to join the Community Wellbeing and Inclusion Unit.  Reporting to the Team Leader Access, Inclusion and Diversity your key focus will include but not limited to:

• Policy development which promote access, inclusion and wellbeing for people with disabilities and people who are ageing and their carers
• Development of Council’s Disability Action Plan
• Liaising and consulting with local residents and service providers on current and emerging needs impacting the ageing and disability communities

You will be tertiary qualified coupled with extensive knowledge and experience in both policy and community development principles.  Your proven abilities to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and with a wide range of community groups and organisations will provide you with the skills to excel in this role!
