Wyndham City is looking for two experienced Debtor Management Officers to actively manage local government debts from various revenue sources.

Your exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills will be highly valued when interacting with ratepayers, community members and commercial businesses that have overdue debts.

You will possess demonstrated experience in debtor management or debt recovery functions and associated legal frameworks.  Experience within a Local Government environment would be highly desirable.

You will liaise and provide instruction to Council’s external Debt Recovery contractor and contribute to the success of the Department through active teamwork, promoting a culture of efficiency, continuous improvement and best practice debt management principles.
