Coordinator Integrated Child, Youth & Family Services

$133,000 circa TRP per annum 


Wyndham City has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced person to lead a supportive, innovative and dedicated Integrated Child, Youth and Family Services Unit.

You will make a real difference within Wyndham’s diverse community as you work in collaboration with service partners and users to ensure that services, programs and activities are integrated, accessible
and responsive.

You will be responsible for managing a range of early childhood programs as well as providing strategic advice for the planning and development of programs, services and facilities for children, youth and families in the context of future growth.

Your relevant qualifications and experience along with your knowledge of community capacity building and skills in implementing community development strategies will assist you to support the ongoing development of key partnerships with early years’ service providers and to monitor policies and strategic planning relating to integrated Community Support services.

Your project management skills, your ability to supervise consultants and project workers and your skills in providing reports on funding agreements, project tasks and consultancy work will be critical to ensuring your success in this position.

A passion for working with families and children of Wyndham, your ability to lead and motivate families and agency representatives in the discussion and resolution of problems and your ability to work as part of a team are key attributes for this role.

You will require a current Working with Children Check and undertake a Police Check
