We are seeking two experienced community builders to join the growing Neighbourhood Hubs Unit, working at a community centre and facilitating asset -based community development and neighbourhood strengthening activities in the broader community.

This involves working collaboratively with community leaders, community groups and organisations, local activity providers and various Council departments to activate community spaces, connect residents to Council and each other.  

Your skills include leading and developing staff, building relationships, program development along with an understanding of asset based community development and the role community centres play in building community strength. Your ability to work collaboratively with community and across Council will see you succeed in this role.

If you have experience in community development, place-based engagement and a sound knowledge of community centres along with the ability to lead and develop staff then we want to hear from you!
