Are you a highly skilled and motivated professional? Do you have extensive experience in resolving complaints and conducting investigations? Are you a strong communicator able to provide leadership and advice to senior staff and the community? 

This key position independently assesses and investigates the administrative processes of the Council or Council staff as well as providing advice on best practice, continuous improvement and suggested customer service enhancements in the way Council services are provided to the community. 

Key areas of accountability for this position include:

• Provide strong leadership and specialist advice on ethical decision making, transparency, accountability and probity related matters.
• Provide complaint handling and investigative services to the community, staff, management and Councillors.
• Seek out and take opportunities to add value to Council and improve service delivery.
