Dubbo Regional Council has undergone a significant amount of change following the amalgamation of the former Dubbo City and Wellington Councils.

Working as part of the CEO’s newly formed Executive Services unit this position provides a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional who welcomes the challenge of working in an organisation undergoing transformational change. This position will work on a variety of projects to improve efficiencies and productivity for the whole organisation.

As a People and Culture Business Partner you will work closely with the Council’s Leadership team to support them in achieving their business objectives. The role will be responsible for providing high quality human resources guidance and support that enables continuous improvement in operational performance as well as the achievement of desired cultural change through Councils new strategic direction.
