Civil Works Engineer

• Salary negotiable from $92K up to $110K PA & Super 
• 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance
• 19-day Month
• Leaseback Motor Vehicle

Council is embarking on an exciting journey to deliver a range of infrastructure maintenance and renewal projects to meet our Long Term Financial Plan and Fit for the Future benchmarks.  To ensure that we can deliver these programs effectively we are looking to engage talented engineering staff with a range of skills to manage and deliver works.     

The Role

If you would like to join us on this journey, you must be open to fresh ideas, committed to progressing new initiatives and be driven to provide the very best service to our community.  The roles offer a diverse and interesting range of projects and operational works aligned with road maintenance and construction, drainage and the supervision of Councils own workforce and contractors on projects in urban and rural environments.

You must have:

A relevant tertiary qualification, current drivers licence, together with demonstrated experience in the maintenance and construction of roads and drainage. Sound project, budget and contract management skills and experience are also essential.

The Rewards:
An attractive salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant commensurate with qualification, skills and experience.
