About the Role
Working within the Assets and Project Delivery Branch, this exciting opportunity has been created within the Asset Engineering team specifically related to water, sewerage and drainage assets.
Reporting to the Manager Assets the primary purpose of the position is to lead a team of professionals to develop and implement excellent asset management practices that ensure effective engineering outcomes. Driving innovation and delivering key projects that continually improve the management of water, sewerage and drainage assets is an essential responsibility of the role.

An attractive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate based on skills, experience and qualifications.
In addition to holding a Degree in Engineering, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Knowledge and experience in construction, maintenance and asset management in water, sewerage and drainage assets.
- Experience in developing, updating and maintaining asset management systems including GIS layers.
- Proven experience in managing teams
- Experience in implementing relevant policies, guidelines, regulations and legislation
